Calliste molds new relationship in Rio

Columbus, Ohio - Calliste Communications (CC) is close to signing a three year agreement with Petromolde, ltda with offices and a manufacturing plant located in Rio de Janerio, Brazil. CC will represent Petromolde, ltda an industrial mold manufacturing company in North America and the Caribbean.

Petromolde and CC have already agreed to preliminary terms and conditions. Both sides are eager to complete the negotiations. For the past 15 years, Petromolde has manufactured industrial molds for use in natural gas vehicles (NGVs), petroleum piping, filters and containers and many other industrial related products. Petromolde will deliver a first draft agreement to CC before the end of October 2007.

CC anticipates the contract signing will be completed by the beginning of December 2007.
